Montreal: Maple syrup tasting and conference. In english!

• Discover the four different types of maple syrups
• Learn all there is to know on the harvesting and production of maple syrup
• Experience maple taffy and other sweet maple treats
• Taste multiple traditional Quebecois pastries

In the kitchen of our pastry shop, you will be welcomed with a warm smile and hot drink for this unique experience that lasts 1 hour and 15 minutes. You will taste the four kinds of maple syrups and various maple products (butter, maple loaf, jelly, and pastries) from our family owned sugar farm as well from a few of our friends farms. You will learn about the origin of maple syrup, all the steps for harvesting maple water, its market, and its various culinary uses. You will also participate in making and eating maple taffy on snow a very traditional spring time candy.
