    Join the founding winemaker, Mark LaClair, for a small-group wine sampling from the cellar library. The "library" is simply a set of wines that are no longer available for public tasting. They are only available for sale.

    Mark will take you for a brief walk through the cellar, then bring you into the Birch Room (private room off the main tasting room) for a sampling of 4 (predetermined) wines from the library rack. This one-on-one experience with Mark is very educational as much as it is entertaining.
